Flexible Project Management – a USD463 million, five (5) year contract, awarded to TRIPATRA in 2005. This project covered all aspects of CPI’s portfolio of construction and maintenance work, including: program management of engineering; procurement; construction management, management of CPI’s heavy equipment fleet; management of construction services; and sustainable development of local subcontractors, suppliers and skilled labor;
Engineering and Construction Services (1993-2003) – a major project for TRIPATRA involving the expansion of Caltex’s facilities in Riau with a contract value of USD686 million. The project involved engineering, construction, operation and maintenance facilities.
TRIPATRA was the principle contractor for the project and it required 250 million man-hours. The production output was 700,000 barrels of oil per day; and Duri Steamflood Project Area-11 – an EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) project, valued at USD50 million, which TRIPATRA implemented between 2000 and 2003 in collaboration with Caltex Pacific. The production output was 100,000 barrels of oil per day.
