Bapak Joseph Pangalila graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 1987 and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Indonesia in 1991. He began his involvement in Tripatra since 1988, and throughout his long dedication in the company, he took the role of President Director & CEO of PT Tripatra Engineers & Constructors and PT Tripatra Engineering from 2012 to 2019. Currently, he holds several key positions in our group, other than being a President Director of PT Tripatra Multi Energi, and he also leads as Vice President Director of PT Cirebon Electric Power and PT Cirebon Energi Prasarana and Chairman of the Board of PT Tripatra Engineers & Constructors and PT Tripatra Engineering. Mr. Pangalila also serves as Chairman Board of Indonesian EPC Association (GAPENRI), Secretary-General of Indonesian Contractors Association (AKI), Head of Permanent Committee for Supporting Industries in Oil and Gas (KADIN), Chairman of ASEAN Constructors Federation (ACF), and Head of Oil and Gas Committee for The Employers Association of Indonesia (APINDO).

A United States Citizen who was appointed as Commissioner in 2016. Bapak Richard Ness has served as a Director of PT Indika Energy Tbk. since May 2009. He has been involved in the energy, resources, and mining sectors for over 38 years. His previous positions include President Director of various Newmont entities, mining consultant at PT Clinton Indonesia, and Vice President of PT Freeport Indonesia. He also currently holds the position of Mining Chairman at the American Chamber of Commerce, Indonesia. He graduated from Moorhead Technical Institute, Minnesota, United States of America (USA) in 1969 with a degree in Mechanics and later attended Moorhead State University, Minnesota, USA for additional studies in post-secondary education. He completed a program in professional management at Harvard Business School, Massachusetts, USA, in 1992.

Bapak Purbaja Pantja earned his BSc (cum laude) in statistics & Economics (double majors) from the University of California, Davis (California, USA) in 1991 and MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania, USA) in 1993. He started his professional career in the banking industry. His previous roles include Head of Investment Banking, Indonesia at NM Rothschild & Sons Singapore (2003-2007). Head of Global Banking Indonesia at Deutsche Bank Singapore ( 2008 - 2010 ) and Head of Strategic Coverage Indonesia at Standard Chartered Bank Singapore ( 2010 - 2013 ). He also served as President Director of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk., Senior Director at Capital Group Private Markets, and Director at PT Indika Energy Tbk prior to his role with Tripatra

Dr. Farid Harianto served as a special advisor to the Vice President of R.I. (2009-2014) and a senior advisor to the Governor of Bank Indonesia (2008-2013). He is now serving as a member of the Boards of few publicly listed companies (PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk, PT Siloam International Hospital Tbk, PT Toba Bara Sejahtera Tbk), and as a President Commissioner of Majoris Asset Management Company. He has also served as a member of the Risk Oversight Committee of Maybank Indonesia Tbk, and of Audit Committee of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk. His professional career has encompassed academics, public and private sectors. He served as the CEO of Credit Rating Indonesia (PT Pefindo, 1995 1998) and later appointed as Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA: 1998 2000). For decades he has served as an advisor for many private companies, government institutions, and various international organizations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB, 1975), a Master’s Degree (1988), and Ph.D. (with distinction) from the Wharton School/University of Pennsylvania (1989). He regularly wrote a column in the Globe Asia magazine, and his research publication appeared in leading scholarly journals such as Policy Research, Transnational Company, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Studies and several edited books.

A Bulgarian Citizen and a Cum Laude Graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Government, from Franklin & Marshall College, Pennsylvania, USA (1993-1997), a Graduate Research Assistant in the Department of Political Science, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1997-1998) and earned an MBA (double degree program) from HEC School of Management, Paris / The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2004-2006). He first joined PT Indika Energy, Tbk. as Head of Strategy & Business Development in 2010, after extensive experiences in world-class consulting and financial companies, including McKinsey & Co. Indonesia (2009-2010) and Germany (2006-2009), Bear Stearns International, UK (2005), The Northern Trust Company, USA & UK (1998-2004).
President Director & CEO
Bapak Dhira Nandana joined the company in 1990 as a Project Management Staff, and made his way up to the managerial position when he was appointed as Business Manager in 1993. He successfully handled many projects throughout the decades and was officially appointed as a member of the Tripatra Board of Director in 2011 taking the role of Executive Director of Finance & Commercial, and soon he was promoted as Vice President Director in 2018, and President Director in 2019. He is an active member of P.I.I (Indonesian Engineer Association) and graduated as a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 1989.
Operation Director
Graduated from an Industrial Engineering Degree from North Sumatera University – Medan, Bapak Chairul Syahri joined the company in 1993 as a Project and Cost Control Engineer, he had successfully worked on various projects and held a few key positions in the organization before he was appointed as Project Director in 2009 and later as Operation Director till today. He is an active member of professional associations, from Indonesia Engineering Association (P.I.I), Project Management Institute (PMI), Indonesian Project Management Expert Association (IAMPI) and Main Project Management Expert (MPU).
Finance Director
Bapak Hara Siregar joined Tripatra in 2011 as an Executive Director of Finance after working as a Financial Lead in WorleyParsons Indonesia (2005-2007) and Asia (2008-2010), he also worked in other world-class companies, including James Hardie and Newmont Nusa Tenggara (a joint venture between Newmont and Sumitomo) holding several key roles in their finance division. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, from University of Indonesia (1984-1990), and a Master of Accounting in Financial Management (with Merit), from University of Glasgow, Scotland, UK (1999 – 2001).
