Exxon Mobil – Arun Booster Compression Project

Arun Booster Compression Project (1996) – gas compression facility for a 3600 MMSCFD Natural Gas Plant with 18% CO2 and 80 ppm H2S. This challenging project involved the construction of gas processing and compression facilities. With a contract value of USD353.3 million, this project comprised four (4) clusters 6×25,000 hp gas turbo compression and chilling refrigeration systems. It was completed 42 days ahead of schedule;

EPC implementation of a 7,000 ton platform for sulfur extraction, located off the coast of North Sumatra and Aceh, in the Malacca Straits. The facilities included a 450 MMSCFD Natural Gas plant, a 85,000 ton Sulfur plant and 30”-100 km Subsea P-L. TRIPATRA was the principle contractor, and the value of the contract was USD316 million;

Madura BD Gas Processing Platform (1990) – another Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) Projects where TRIPATRA developed three (3) offshore structures. The platform’s capacity was 300 MMSCFD and 25,000 BPD Condensate; and Successful project completion 55 days ahead of schedule for the South Lhoksukon A and D Field Development Project in 1996. This project was valued at USD35 million and required a 550 MMSCFD capacity.
