Reporting Concern (whistleblowing) is an act of disclosure subject of violation or disclosure of illegal activity, unethical/immoral acts, or any other acts that may be detrimental to the Company and the stakeholders by the Company's employees against the management of the Company or other institutions that may take action against violations. This kind of disclosure is usually made in secret (confidential). In general, the principles of the Whistleblowing System are secrecy (confidentiality), impartiality, independence, and non-repudiation (protection against retaliation).
